With the bread knife you get evenly cut slices. This knife is also ideal for fruits and vegetables with hard skins. The 21 cm long blade is made of X55CrMoV14 steel and designed for extreme sharpness, the handle is made of plastic. The balanced hardness of 56° HRC is the ideal compromise for perfect edge retention and easy resharpening with an F. DICK sharpening steel.
