- Lower drain tap for each tank and removable drain (or filtration) tray with removable spout (easy and safe to use).
- Upper tray for pre-cooked food, with perforated bottom for draining.
- Double-walled insulated hinged doors.
- Heated by a very high-efficiency cast-iron circular burner with insulated combustion chamber.
- Chimney (one for each tank) for evacuation of combustion gases.
- ´SIT´ type thermostatic valve with thermocouple safety device and piezo ignition (no more electrical connections!).
- Analogue temperature display on the front panel for each tank.
- Construction in stainless steel AISI 441.
- Complies with the current CE standards.
