This disposable lid is particularly environmentally friendly as it is made from renewable raw materials. The disposable lid is completely compostable and is made of C-PLA. C-PLA is also colloquially called organic plastic. C-PLA consists of corn starch. The organic lids made of C-PLA are therefore ideal to cover hot drinks. They withstand temperatures up to 90°C well.
