- Electric heating, by armored resistors in stainless steel, positioned under the tank (uniform cooking on the whole surface of the tank). Regulation from 75°C to 300°C, by thermostat, frontal accessibility allowing a very easy maintenance.
- Safety device for interruption of operation during the ascent of the series tank. A water tap to fill the tank is attached to the upper top, the opening is done by a valve positioned on the front of the device.
