Ideally suited for peeling work, small cutting jobs and ornaments. The 9 cm long blade is made of X55CrMoV14 steel and designed for extreme sharpness, the handle is made of plastic. The balanced hardness of 56° HRC is the ideal compromise for perfect edge retention and easy resharpening with an F. DICK sharpening steel.
